Highlands Medical Center in Scottsboro, AL is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to deliver and retrieve patient meal trays and provide individualized patient support during nourishment services. You will participate in Hospitality Rounds and ensure patient comfort with attentive service.

Education of a high school diploma or GED is preferred, and a minimum of two years in food service is required, ideally with healthcare experience. Strong communication and patient confidentiality are essential.

Qualificações

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two years in food service required with health care experience preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable of and able to follow sanitation, food preparation and handling standards.
• Must be able to properly identify patients and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver patient meal trays and retrieve trays as part of nourishment services.
• Provide individualized assistance to each patient during meals and nourishment rounds.
• Perform hospitality rounds to support patient comfort and needs.
• Assist with sanitation and food handling in accordance with regulations.
