Job summary

Highlands Medical Center in Scottsboro, AL is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to deliver and retrieve patient meal trays and provide individualized patient support during nourishment services. You will participate in Hospitality Rounds and ensure patient comfort with attentive service.

Education of a high school diploma or GED is preferred, and a minimum of two years in food service is required, ideally with healthcare experience. Strong communication and patient confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform hospitality rounds to support patient comfort and needs.
• Assist with sanitation and food handling in accordance with regulations.
