Job Description: Patient Navigator/Financial Counselor

Location: Broward or Miami Dade (Part-time, mostly remote)

Overview: H.O.P.E. offers a concierge-level service connecting clients with top-tier medical providers, prompt services, and treatments, regardless of insurance status. We focus on understanding your healthcare needs, concerns, and options to empower informed decisions.

Role Summary:

This part-time role involves assisting patients in navigating the healthcare system, providing financial counseling, and explaining payment options. The weekly schedule is approximately 35 hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency is mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years experience in medical office and financial counseling
  • Strong customer service skills and empathy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of insurance and billing processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare software
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
