Job summary

Philips is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant for Patient Monitoring to lead the delivery and ongoing execution of Software Evolution Services for hospital IT solutions. The role involves translating customer needs into secure, reliable technical solutions, and owning the delivery of service contract obligations across deployment, configuration, integration and maintenance.

The candidate will apply advanced networking, systems integration, and cybersecurity expertise in healthcare

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in IT services or technical environments.
Experience in hospital IT environments with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, defibrillators preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery and execution of Software Evolution Services for Hospital Patient Monitoring and healthcare IT solutions.
Serve as technical advisor, translate requirements into secure, reliable solutions, and guide deployment, integration and maintenance.
Own technical delivery of service contract obligations, perform health checks, patch management, and proactive support.
Identify and mitigate technical risks while communicating with stakeholders up to C-suite.
Collaborate with Sales, Service, implementation and project teams to meet customer objectives and improve service quality.
