Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional working experience in IT services or related technical environments.
• Experience in hospital/clinical IT environment; patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators and defibrillators preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of computer networking, system integration and troubleshooting in healthcare IT.
• Associate degree in CS/Biomed/Engineering or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead and execute complex system installations, upgrades and implementations across patient monitoring and IT infrastructure environments.
• Provide hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, validation and system optimization to maintain operational continuity.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for system architecture, networking decisions, configuration validation and risk management.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system and performance issues using advanced troubleshooting and structured problem-solving.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote standardized methodologies and best practices.
