Job summary

Willow Creek Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Cook for our Green Bay, WI facility. Work includes 10am-8pm shifts, four days per week with every other weekend required, onsite at the center.

You will implement menus, coordinate food preparation, and serve meals to patients, staff and visitors while following dietary guidelines and safety policies. Priority on nutrition, quality, and sanitation in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Two or more years’ experience in food service for institutions preferred.
• SERV Safe or similar food safety certification required if state/facility requires it.

Responsibilities

• Plans and prepares foods per menus and dietary guidelines.
• Prepares and serves meals for patients, staff and visitors.
• Maintains temperature logs, proper storage and labeling of foods.
• Keeps kitchen clean and organized; assists with inventory and stocking.
• Directs staff in food preparation and portioning; ensures safety standards.
