Job summary

Willow Creek Behavioral Health is hiring a Dietary Aide to maintain sanitary kitchen areas and assist in meal preparation for patients and staff. This role involves serving meals, stocking supplies, and ensuring adherence to safety and dietary guidelines.

Onsite position with standard facility hours and opportunities for growth within the dietary services team. Qualifications include a high school diploma and 1+ year experience in institutional food service, plus knowledge of safe food handling.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years experience in food service for institutions such as hospital or cafeteria.
• Understands safe food handling procedures.
• Ability to operate dishwasher, stoves, ovens, mixers and other related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Washes/cleans and sanitizes kitchen cookware, utensils, dishes, trays, and service prep items.
• Serves food to patients and staff at the serving counter.
• Stocks consumable products and supplies for service.
• Keeps dining area, dishes, and kitchen areas clean and orderly.
• Assists with meal preparation and timing to ensure proper readiness.
