ClearSky Health is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in patient meals and related processes. The role integrates our values into daily practice and supports therapeutic diets as directed.

You will handle food prep, sanitation, dish operations, and diet recordkeeping while maintaining patient safety and confidentiality. A high school diploma or GED and healthcare food service exposure are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in healthcare food services preferred.
• Food Handler’s permit preferred.
• Knowledge of patient diets and safe food handling.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares and/or pre-portions food for regular and therapeutic diets per menu.
• Maintains sanitation of all food prep equipment and area.
• Keeps Dietary department stocked with patient food items.
• Operates dish machine per procedures.
• Maintains records of patient diet information.
• Interacts with patients and families considering age/developmental needs.
• Supports safety and infection prevention standards.
