Qualifications

• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Requires strong organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to use web-based software and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Process diet orders, nourishment orders, and diet instructions; assist with menu selections.
• Transcribe messages, answer phones, and input information accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of therapeutic diets to ensure correct meal orders.
• Protect patient privacy, safety and sanitation; adhere to standards.
• Deliver courteous service to patients, staff and visitors; remain calm under stress.
• Assist with menu presentation and tray delivery, ensuring accuracy and temperature.
• Support patient satisfaction on assigned floors.
