Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain serving lines, dishes, utensils and condiments.
Assemble cold food items and ensure proper storage and dating.
Serve food, replenish items and clean stations after service.
Operate cash register and handle payments accurately.
Count and balance cash, and deposit funds as required.
Clean equipment and maintain sanitary conditions.
Deliver and retrieve patient meal carts, ensuring proper delivery to patients.
Assemble patient trays accurately per dietary requirements and deliver to patient rooms.
Participate in quality monitoring activities related to temperature and sanitation.
