Job summary

Medical City Denton, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Food Service/ FNS Hospitality Rep (Part Time) to support patient meals and program operations. You will accurately assemble and portion meals, maintain menus, take patient orders, and deliver meals across the lifespan, while coordinating with dietitians and managing supplies in a sanitary environment.

Qualifications

• Hospital food service experience desired, but not required.
• Candidates currently pursuing a degree in nutrition or dietetics are encouraged to apply.
• Food Handlers Permit, or ServSafe Food Protection Manager must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and portion meals accurately for patients across the lifespan.
• Maintain and update menus prior to each mealtime.
• Visit patients to take orders and deliver meals.
• Interpret food preferences and contact dietitians as needed.
• Receive, store and maintain food and office supplies in an orderly and sanitary manner.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
