The position pays $16 per hour with shifts at 6am, 8am, 10am, and 12pm, Monday-Friday plus every other weekend. Candidates must have healthcare experience, strong food safety knowledge, and be able to read dietary instructions; a nationwide background check and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Must have healthcare experience and be proficient in cooking and food prep techniques.
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and nutrition.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and dietary instructions accurately.
• Knowledge of operation of kitchen equipment and food portion guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare kitchen and pass a nationwide background check/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate meals for patients, staff, and special events, following recipes and portion guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety, monitor temperatures, proper storage and clean work area.
• Monitor and order food supplies and track inventory to ensure freshness and availability.
• Assist in other areas or duties as assigned.
