Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food service or cafeteria experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register.

Responsibilities

• Reads patient tray ticket orders and places items on trays.
• Delivers and serves patient trays, snacks, and supplements; assists patients with opening items.
• Collects patient trays, stacks dirty dishes, and returns cart to kitchen.
• Operates dish machine and cleans/sanitizes equipment.
• Performs daily/weekly cleaning tasks and maintains sanitation.
• Takes and records food temperatures and equipment temperatures.
• Replenishes stock with proper rotation.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and utensils.
