Job summary

191 Aurora Medical Center of Oshkosh, Inc. is seeking a part-time Food Service Attendant to assemble and deliver patient meals and assist with cafeteria service. Position requires working 6:00 a.m.

to 8:00 p.m., with every other weekend and rotating holidays. Pay ranges from $18.85 to $28.30 per hour, with benefits eligibility. Responsibilities include loading carts, serving meals, stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with catering events while following approved diet

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in food service from within a hospital, hotel, restaurant or a related environment.
• Ability to read and understand written and oral communications.
• Good communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Assemble patient and mobile meal trays in accordance with approved diet guidelines and portions.
• Deliver patient meal trays to patient rooms.
• Operate cash register and complete daily reports as needed.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and cafeteria areas.
• Prepare snacks, beverages, sandwiches and other patient food items per recipes.
