Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in nutrition services or food service is preferred.
• Ability to read menus and dietary orders.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients to obtain or discuss menu selections based on dietary orders.
• Enter daily patient meal selections and preferences.
• Assist with modified diets and editation of menus as required.
• Prepare/portion foods and assemble patient trays.
• Deliver meals and provide excellent customer service.
