Responsibilities

• Assemble, deliver and retrieve patient meal trays to support accuracy and timely service.
• Communicate with dietitians, nursing staff and associates to maintain service standards.
• Clean and stock work stations and kitchen areas as assigned.
• Use department software to enter preferences, print reports, labels for nourishments, and diet order changes.
• Prepare and deliver nourishments, floor stocks, late trays and record refrigerator temperatures.
