Job summary

HealthPartners Hudson Hospital is seeking a Nutrition Aide to support patient meal service, ensure dietary needs are met, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

You will prepare cold items, deliver meals, assist with menu choices, and maintain records while working in a team-focused healthcare environment. Clinical and customer service skills are valued, with a flexible shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Oral and written English required.
• Stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble cold patient meals per dietary requirements.
• Deliver patient meals accurately and with good service.
• Assist patients with menu selections per physician diets.
• Receive, store, and organize food and supplies per safety standards.
• Complete cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain records for patient meals, events, guest meals, and café transactions.
• Support daily food service operations ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
