Responsibilities

• Assist Dietitians in screening of all new admissions and obtaining food preferences.
• Maintain computer systems accurately.
• Process, modify, collect and check patient menus.
• Participate in meal services and/or other production related duties as needed.
• Maintain effective communication with patient and families to inform them of additional food item availability.
• Maintain proactive and effective communication with dietary team.
