Responsibilities

• Deliver patient food trays following departmental standards and safety practices.
• Verify patient identity using two identifiers (Name and Date of Birth) before serving.
• Maintain sanitation when handling, serving, and clearing trays, and clean carts and dishes.
• Demonstrate knowledge of diets when preparing meals and serving trays.
• Assist with entering patient information into CBord as directed.
• Ensure proper portion control when preparing and serving food.
• Ability to operate a cash register in relief as needed.
