Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience with food service or customer service, or hospital clinical dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Delivers meals to patients promptly and accurately.
• Assists with tray preparation during meal service hours.
• Maintains safety, sanitation, health, and privacy standards.
• Transfers food and equipment to appropriate storage areas.
• Communicates with patients regarding meal tickets and information.
• Complies with training and health standards per regulatory bodies.
• Uses PPE and hand sanitation to prevent contamination.
• Maintains clean work areas and equipment used during shifts.
• Supports dirty tray removal and retrieval as needed.
• Participates in quality assurance like satisfaction surveys.
