Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking an Associate, Patient Materials Operation at its Summit, NJ facility. The role supports QC laboratories at a CAR T manufacturing site, managing samples, materials, and related chain-of-custody activities.

You will handle cold chain operations, inventory, and collaboration across supply chain and lab services to ensure timely sample movement and compliant procedures in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with cold chain sample storage and transfer in regulated settings.
• Proficient in GMP-regulated environments and documentation.
• Ability to work in a classified cleanroom and follow gowning procedures.
• Knowledge of global regulatory and GMP requirements.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work in a collaborative team.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage test samples and reagents through receipt, storage, distribution, transfer and disposal.
• Maintain sample tracking and chain of custody per GMP procedures.
• Destroy obsolete/expired samples per procedures.
• Run sample queries and periodic storage reports.
• Assist management with investigations and deviations in sample management.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process efficiencies.
• Maintain laboratory inventory and reference standards; ensure traceability.
