Job summary

Jax Spine & Pain Centers is seeking a Marketing Representative to join our team in North Florida. You will identify key physicians and groups, schedule sales calls, and coordinate events to increase patient referrals while maintaining patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities include managing the CRM database, communicating office concerns, and developing weekly plans to target top accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or healthcare-related field required or preferred.
• Experience with physician outreach or in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target key physicians and physician groups based on trends and referrals.
• Schedule and conduct regular sales calls, educational events, and other activities to increase new patient referrals.
• Manage CRM/database with contact details, preferences and requests.
• Communicate office concerns, compliments, and referrals to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain knowledge of physician specialties, referral patterns, and competitors.
• Develop weekly plans to effectively target customers and maintain top-account frequency.
• Coordinate communication pathways with clinics/hospitals to capitalize on growth opportunities.

Job Description

• Identify and target key physicians and physician groups based on historical business trends, referring history and physician specialty.
• Schedule and conduct regular sales calls, business entertainment, educational offerings and special events with customers/prospects to increase new patient referrals.
• Manage database, including contact information, preferences, protocols and special requests.
• Communicate referring office concerns, complaints, and compliments to the appropriate individual.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all physician specialties, referral patterns and competitors. Share knowledge with Practice Managers.
• Develop and communicate weekly plans to effectively target customers and maintain frequency with top accounts.
• Based on business needs, coordinate and facilitate regular pathways for communication with clinics/hospitals to capitalize on opportunities for growth.
