Job Details: Level: Entry, Job Location: 01 Eagan - Eagan, MN 55121, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly, Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a Patient Intake Specialist for Eagan, Minnesota location. This person is the first point of contact for our customers, providing empathetic and highly accurate communication in support of their health and quality of life. You will set up their order, verify their insurance coverage, and build trust with our customers, all over the phone. This is an onsite position taking place in our office located in Eagan, MN.

A Day in the Life:

• Work with new customers to set up their initial equipment and supply orders
• Multi-task to manage a high volume of calls and faxed orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers (branch manager, Nursing home staff, hospitals)
• Work collaboratively with other Intake Specialists to ensure best practices are shared and the workload is completed
• Gain knowledge in respiratory equipment and interpret to customers in a way they can understand
