What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary liaison for patient admissions, managing communications with referral sources and clinics
- Coordinate the admissions process to ensure timely patient placement in preferred clinics
- Collect and document all necessary patient information for admissions accurately and in compliance with regulations
- Maintain and update Salesforce with current data, ensuring accurate documentation of calls and referrals
- Collaborate with insurance verification teams to ensure financial clearance for patient admissions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree desirable; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- 2 – 4 years of related experience in sales and customer service
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately enter information into a database system
- Proficient in standard office applications including email, word processing, and spreadsheets

- Familiarity with Salesforce or EMR systems
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related role or patient services
