Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience required.
• 1+ year of medical office and radiology experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn healthcare systems.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Notifies appropriate departments or persons of patient progress and deescalates conflicts per policy.
• Reviews and validates requests for imaging records and releases records under HIPAA.
• Uses scheduling software to manage exams, orders, and changes.
• Registers patients, collects co-pays, and scans paperwork into the system.
