Responsibilities

• Exhibits a friendly, caring attitude when taking menu selections and delivering trays.
• Takes patients menu selections prior to each meal.
• Adheres to dietary restrictions and modifies menus as needed.
• Assembles trays accurately according to patient choices.
• Interacts with nursing staff to ensure diet prescriptions are met.
• Maintains patient information on assigned units and reports issues promptly.
