Qualifications

• Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, tray assembly, delivery and pick-up, with attention to dietary needs and allergies.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with nursing and dietetics to provide excellent patient services.
• Introducing the Catering to You program to new patients.
• Assist with menu selections and tray preparation according to prescribed diets.
• Assemble and deliver patient trays and retrieve trays from rooms.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and maintain cleanliness and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
