Responsibilities

• Provide patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections and tray delivery.
• Assemble trays according to patient menu selections with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure diet prescriptions are accurate.
• Adhere to dietary restrictions and special diets as ordered.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with monitoring patients on special diets and calorie counts as directed.
