Essential Functions

• Deliver proper trays to patients using excellent customer service skills
• Support the nutritional needs of patients as part of the Orlando Health team
• Arrange trays on delivery carts and log delivery times
• Ensure trays are delivered within a reasonable time
• Collect money for guest trays and log transactions with the diet office
• Remove soiled trays and keep work areas clean
• Coordinate tray delivery with the expeditor and diet office
• Assist with tray expediting, checking for accuracy and completeness
• Monitor patient diet prescriptions, order changes, and tray requests
• Check patient menus according to physician diet orders
