Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify short- and long-term patient care issues and recommend options.
• Assess patient health via interviews and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Prescribe medications within cooperative agreement.
• Document patient care thoroughly and timely.
• Perform injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound care.
• Educate patients and families on regimens and wellness.
• Develop and implement patient management plans with supervisor.
• Maintain infection control and safe clinical environment.
