Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations; report illegal activity.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and health code guidelines; flag unsafe conditions.
• Understand and perform ordering with wholesalers.
• Follow inventory management and ordering of medications, devices, and supplies.
• Keep work stations and customer areas clean and organized.
• Count, measure and prepare specified product per best practices.
• Complete billing procedures to ensure best value for customers and company.
• Answer phone, triage calls, and respond to inquiries.
• Adhere to coupon, cash shortage, and shrink guidelines.
• Operate cash register; handle EFTs, gift cards, cash and checks.
• Deliver stellar customer experience through reception, data entry, adjudication, dispensing.
• Assist pharmacist in responsibilities not requiring professional judgement.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Support health and wellness initiatives.
• Put away legend orders, including Central Fill deliveries.
• Work cooperatively in fast-paced, sometimes stressful environments.
• Manage conflicts in a constructive, cooperative manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
