Job summary

CVS Health is seeking Pharmacy Technicians to support pharmacy teams in delivering efficient and accurate prescription fulfillment within our retail stores. You will assist patients at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone, upholding safety and quality standards while following SOPs and training requirements.

Responsibilities include supporting immunization services where allowed, maintaining inventory, and contributing to a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for pharmacy practice, including licensure/certification rules.
• Minimum age 16 if not otherwise mandated by state board.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescription fulfillment is safe, accurate and timely.
• Demonstrate empathy and provide caring service to patients across pickup, drive-thru, and phone interactions.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation to support safe operations and SOP adherence.
• Conduct basic inventory activities and assist with stock management as directed by leadership.
