Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams and ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment in our store locations. You will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering caring service and empathy while following SOPs and standard procedures.

As part of the role, you will assist with immunizations and point-of-care services where legally allowed, support inventory and daily duties, and travel to nearby stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements including age, education and licensure/certification.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to deliver safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pickup, drive-thru, and phone interactions.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation.
• Assist in inventory activities and ensure patient safety in all operations.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed by law.
• Maintain attendance, training, and professional standards.
