Job summary

Promises/Washburn House in Worcester, MA is hiring Housekeepers to maintain a sanitary, safe, and clean environment and to assist with special events. The role pays $17/hour with a Sunday–Thursday 11am–7pm schedule and opportunities to support our treatment facility’s operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience in a similar facility preferred.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required (or obtained within state-mandated time frame)

Responsibilities

• Clean client rooms and other assigned areas daily, including trash collection and linen changes.
• Replenish supplies and linen in client rooms as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment in clean, working condition.
• Ensure proper sanitation of equipment and surfaces.
• Follow PPE guidelines and safety procedures.
• Available for alternate evenings and weekend schedules as needed.
• Maintain professional boundaries with clients and staff.
• Comply with the company’s code of conduct.
