Job summary

Promises Behavioral Health in Worcester, MA, is hiring a full-time Housekeeper for the Washburn House.

This 2nd‑shift role (Thu–Sun) pays $17.00/hour and includes benefits such as a 401(k), PTO, medical, dental, and vision coverage.

You will maintain cleanliness of living and common areas, handle supplies, lift up to 40 pounds, and may travel between local facilities. High school diploma or equivalent required; driving is needed, and weekend work is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in housekeeping is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb stairs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver license are required.
• Must be able to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of all living and common areas, furniture, appliances, windows and floors.
• Dusts and cleans blinds in assigned areas.
• Replenishes supplies and empties trash.
• Utilizes housekeeping equipment and moves, stocks and replenishes supplies.
• May travel between local facilities to provide services.
• Works a flexible schedule, including weekends.
