Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and protocols.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors; dust furniture and fixtures.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables per facility procedures.
• Restock paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines at all times.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas in order.
• Support a positive, respectful environment for residents and staff.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned.
