Job summary

Dayton Children's Hospital is seeking a Housekeeper II for the Main Campus environment. You will provide cleaning services in patient areas and around families, delivering high customer service and using AIDET techniques.

Responsibilities include beds, trash, equipment, floors, restrooms, linen, and inventory; you will work in a patient-centered setting with rotating weekends/holidays. The role requires GED or high school diploma and 0-3 years of housekeeping experience.

Qualifications

• GED/High School diploma preferred.
• 0-3 years experience required.

Responsibilities

• Make beds.
• Empty trash and wipe equipment.
• Clean furniture and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets and clean restrooms.
• Launder hospital linen.
• Daily inspection of housekeeping equipment and inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
