AdventHealth in Lampasas, Texas is hiring for a full-time position with a day shift. You will provide whole care to patients, perform intake, initial tests, documentation, and medication-related responsibilities within a busy outpatient setting.

The role requires a High School Diploma and Basic Life Support with CMA/CMAC/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA certification options. 1+ year experience preferred; standard working hours Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of health care field and medical terminology is required.
• Knowledge of chronic disease management is required.
• Ability to utilize internal and external resources.
• Expertise in patient advocacy and navigating complex systems is required.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively and clearly.
• Experience with computers is required.

Aufgaben

• Greet and prepare patients, perform intake and testing as needed.
• Document results in the practice's system and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Provide comprehensive care during visits, including tests, labs, and medication administration.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Assist staff, patients, and visitors; support workflow and policy adherence.
• Support inventory management and equipment maintenance.
