Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification required.
• CMA/CMAC/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA required.
• 1+ year of related work experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Travels as needed to fulfill staffing needs and support clinic operations.
• Stays up to date with policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Maintains education requirements and demonstrates competency through annual tests.
• Prepares patients and equipment for treatment and documents results in the system.
• Ensures safety processes and OSHA compliance.
• Provides whole care to patients during visits, including intake and test results.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee and patient information.
• Assists patients, visitors, and co-workers as needed.
• Performs clinical intake including screenings, histories, vital signs, meds reconciliation.
• Assists with minor procedures and documents results.
• Educates patients regarding tests, meds, and diet.
• Monitors inventory and maintains equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
