Responsibilities

• Clerical duties - Operates and maintains unit information systems, ensures accuracy of patient data, processes admissions/discharges/transfers, and handles charges and supplies.
• Environmental management - Keeps the division clean, organized, and safe, monitors front desk traffic, and coordinates with teams to ensure patient flow.
• Systems management - Identifies system problems and implements quick resolutions; monitors alarms and staffing information.
• Communication - Upholds CARES behaviors and HIPAA compliance while obtaining non-clinical information from families and caregivers.
