Hamburg Dental Care - Smiles Styles in the United States is seeking a friendly Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our dental team. You will present and explain treatment plans, review costs and financing options, and support patients through financial decisions.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, is highly organized, and comfortable discussing insurance coverage and out-of-pocket expenses, while collaborating with doctors and the front desk to ensure an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• Previous dental office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable discussing treatment fees and financial arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain dental treatment plans to patients.
• Review treatment costs, insurance benefits, and financing options.
• Help patients understand their insurance coverage and out-of-pocket expenses.
• Coordinate appointments and follow up on outstanding treatment plans.
