• Reviews HR, payroll and billing charges as appropriate.
• Partners with Administrator/Manager to review operations and update policies.
• Periodically reviews performance and identifies improvement areas.
• Assists in creating reports and projects as assigned.
• Maintains currency in applicable computer programs for staff coverage.
