Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete statistical data and submit daily.
• Plans, supervises and coordinates PFSS staff across departments.
• Assist with training of new employees and resolve problems.
• Answer staff inquiries for information as needed.
• Ensure daily closing and posting accuracy by staff.
• Discuss account status with patients and arrange payments.
• Verify Medicare, Medicaid and other insurance carriers.
• Provide reports to Director of Finance or staff.
