You will post payments, research adjustments, balance deposits, and coordinate with patients and insurance companies; the role requires accuracy, multi-tasking, and knowledge of PPO/EOB policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of payment posting in a medical/hospital office.
• Proficient in basic accounting principles.
• Must perform high-speed 10-key input by touch.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with patients and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and perform contractual adjustments to patient accounts.
• Research and correct non-postable payments.
• Balance daily deposits and process refunds.
• Prepare account documentation and files for processing.
