Job summary

SGS Consulting in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Specialist focused on hospital billing. You will perform billing, collections, and follow-up to ensure accurate claims and timely reimbursement.

Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of UB-04, CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, and payor guidelines, with excellent communication to resolve denials and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years in hospital billing or Revenue Cycle preferred.
• Experience with UB-04, HCFA 1500, CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10 is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of payor guidelines and denials resolution.

• Excellent verbal/written communication, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced Revenue Cycle environment.

Education/Experience

• HS Diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years of hospital billing, collections, or Revenue Cycle experience preferred.
