Job summary

Northern Montana Hospital in Havre, MT is seeking a Director of Patient Business Services to lead the billing, collections, and cashier operations. You will hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff while overseeing daily multi-disciplinary operations to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Associate Degree in Business or Health Care field preferred.
• Current Certification preferred through the American Association of Health Care Administrative Management or Medical-Dental-Hospital Business Associates.
• 5 years of medical billing experience.
• 5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Keyboarding minimum of 50 wpm.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to comprehend, train, and apply given information.
• Able to multi-task with many interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the organization's billing, collections, and cashier functions.
• Hire, train, supervise, and complete performance evaluations of staff members.
• Provide oversight for daily multi-disciplinary operations and staff, ensuring efficiency.
