North Memorial Health is seeking a Financial Advocate to perform thorough financial screening of patients and educate them on insurance benefits and billing processes. The role includes obtaining insurance authorizations and securing payment arrangements prior to discharge.

Responsibilities also include identifying other potential payment sources and assisting with Medical Assistance applications, as well as providing cost estimates to patients and families.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
