Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service experience, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates genuine compassion, empathy, and patience when supporting the patients, clients and team members.
• Ability to explain financial and insurance concepts clearly.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize quickly with HIGH attention to detail. Professionalism with sensitive financial conversations.
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities
