• Coordinate with clinical leadership to reschedule non-emergent services for unpaid accounts.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts and post payments to the ledger.
• Provide itemized bills and financial documentation for patients, attorneys, and audits.
• Post payroll deductions, discounts, and GL entries as needed in coordination with staff accountant.
• Maintain detailed account notes in the financial system.
• Support cash collection goals and reduce bad debt.
