• 1–3+ years in collections or patient financial services, medical billing, or revenue cycle roles.
• Experience managing outbound call volume and patient follow-up.
• Strong communication skills and ability to discuss financial responsibility confidently.

Responsibilities

• Contact patients regarding outstanding balances and financial responsibility.
• Explain balances, payment expectations, and available options clearly.
• Collect payments via phone and assist with secure payment processing.
• Ensure balances are addressed promptly to minimize aging accounts.
• Document patient interactions clearly within billing systems/EMR.
• Record payment arrangements, notes, and follow-up timelines.
